One unique aspect of the Powermatics and Datamatics teams is how we work. We come in the door with a few skills and leave with a dozen more. During down time or slow seasons we often still have work to be done on other projects.
We have learned to embrace the down time by offering work you may be substantially overqualified to be doing, like document scanning or coding metadata.
When a more valuable project comes along, we'll shift you out of the tedious production work right away and bring in another team member.
